Week Three

Since the garden became dormant, Amelia planted special seeds inside her bedroom that she found around the graveyard. The first one was found a few days before the other three, and the girl thinks it's a life fruit. If her calculations are good, the plant will bear fruit the day before her birthday. The teen knows that  she needs more time to achieved everything she planned to enter the university, so she needs methods to extend her teenage years, at least until she can cook ambrosia.

Amelia is practicing guitar in public places, in this case the Central Park.

And take advantage to eat some ice cream in her favorite color, is purple in case somebody didn't notice. :p

Spooky arrived so Amelia thought that it's the perfect moment to have a costum party.

Amelia believed that the best way to entertain her audience was by playing the guitar behind the house where no one was watching her.

The party lasted very little, with most people standing in place waving their hands and complaining about routing problems (the house is small). Despite that, the party was successful and everyone left thanking Amelia for the invitation.

The lack of time to do things has started to worry Amelia since the hours of the day are occupied between school and work, leaving almost nothing to increse her abilities. With that in mind she's searching for ways of avoid sleeping to use those hours.

She succeeded discovering an invigorating and a cure elixirs.

Luckily, Amelia has several wolfsbane in her inventory.

Now she can go home and do other important things, like showering.

Amelia calculations were correct, one day before her birthday the plant gave life fruits.

Amelia finally could start with her third novel, the cleverly named "Amelia Sports 1".

On the weekend she dedicated herself to doing outdoor activities, despite the heavy snow.

At least, Amelia can say it was a better week than the previous one.

Week Two

The second week in this town was a difficult one, between school, job and keep the house in order, Amelia doesn't have time for anything else.

And the appliances keep breaking up.

Barely time to sleep and less to devote to other things. So she preferred to spend the little money she had in a rocking chair.

The chair was a good investment because it helps recover energy faster. Thanks to that, she was able to start fishing.

Because of the lack of time, Amelia thought it prudent to let Ethan know that she could no longer continue the relationship between them, but to save time she did it by message.

Amelia needs to practice her painting a little more.

Amelia knows that she needs to start developing her social life, so she believes that learning to play the guitar will give a bonus to the future parties she has planned.

With the arrival of fall, the garden went dormant, so she thinks that now she's going to have a little more of time in her hands to develop the other skills.

Her second weeks was pretty boring and without much progress.

Week One

Amelia had only heard of Sunset Valley through her mother, where the woman was originally from. It was the opposite of Bridgeport, it was the first thing she thought when observing the quiet town through the taxi window.

But that was not a bad thing. A place away from the busy world to which she was accustomed would perhaps be the best place to start a new life.

It was a little disappointing to realize that the only family member she has wasn't very interested in knowing her. When she entered the house, he indicated with a hand where her room was without looking away from the movie he was watching.

At least her new room had a computer and a easel, perfect to start her plans for a better future.

The first hours in her new home were spent writing a fiction book and then looking for part-time jobs online. The mausoleum was in need of clerk so she took the job immediately.

When she was a little hungry, Amelia prepared a salad with the only thing in the fridge and during the meal it was the first time that Blake seemed interested in her.

"Let's make a deal." He said pointing her with one finger. "Since I'm giving you a roof, you take care of the house's chores. That way we compensate the money that I am going to spend on you."

She muttered a yes, deciding not to answer with what she really thought. That this supposed money that he was going to spend on her didn't come from his pocket.

The next day, Amelia got up a bit early with the intention of start with a little art before school.

At school she meets Ethan Bunch and Bebe Hart, who were very kind to her. Then she had her first day of work, but there she was alone arranging some papers so there was not much to mention.

The next day in the filed trip, Ethan and Amelia crossed furtive glances, he was seeing Holly Alto but that didn't discourage the girl.

On the way home she found some seeds that would help her start a small garden that would help raise some money and keep the fridge with food.

And that night after her work shift she was able to finish her first book.

While Amelia worked hard, Blake caused only problems. Within two days he had broken the tv, the sink and two times the toilet.

Ethan started spending time in her home but sometimes, Amelia was so busy with her projects that the boy was hanging out with Amelia's cousin.

With the passing of days, Amelia and Ethan changed their type of relationship.

But Ethan was not the only person with whom Amelia spent time, during the evenings she went out with Bebe.

Almost without noticing, the girl had spent a week in Sunset Valley so she wanted to celebrate the event with a small meeting on the beach. The party was moderately successful, mainly because Amelia spent more time taking naps than entertaining her guests.

Introduction

This is my attempt at the Boolprop Immortal Teenager, the rules are "here" I thought it was very fun to try so here we go.

I chose the following Extra Challenges:

  • Teenage Risk: aging on +25 points.
  • School Nerd: Max 5 skills +50 points.
  • Prestigious Callings: collect $31,000 +15 points.
  • Perfectionist Streak: display 13 masterpiece/brilliant paintings +25 points.

The protagonist is Amelia Hammer, she's bookworm, gatherer, artistic and charismatic.

Amelia was used to a life of luxury, without knowing that the privileged way in which she lived was the result of not a very legal business that her parents carried out. Unfortunately, the comfort she was accustomed had ended when said parents had been discovered in their illicit affairs.

After long months of trials, the adult Hammers were sentenced to a long stay in prison and all their belongings were confiscated, leaving Amelia with nothing to her name. Followed these events the teen was taken to live with a distant family member that only accepted to have her under his care when he found out that there was a monthly support.

Blake Hammer: insane, unflirty, couch patato, dislike children and heavy sleeper.

Blake was so disinterested in what had happened, that the day Amelia arrived at his house he continued to watch television without going out to meet her.

In that same moment, Amelia understood that if she wanted to have some kind of future, she would have to assert herself and look for the best scholarships she could find to enter the university, get away from the bad reputation of her family and collect money by herself.
